Azerbaijan Aluminum OJSC, in liquidation, has contacted its creditors.
Creditors have two months to send their claims to the following address: Baku, Sabail district, Azerbaijan Avenue, Building 6 (the administrative building of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding).
The liquidation of Azerbaijan Aluminum OJSC is stipulated by the decree of President Ilham Aliyev on a number of measures to ensure the development of the mining (metal ores) and metallurgical industries in Azerbaijan.
The assets of the OJSC have been transferred to the balance sheet of Azeraluminium LLC. (Report)
