President Ilham Aliyev amended the order dated February 22, 2021, approving the composition of the Supervisory Board of AzerGold CJSC.
The head of state signed the new order.
According to the order, Vugar Majidli, Head of the Economic Sector Financing Department of the Ministry of Finance, who is a member of the Board, has been replaced by Mehman Ismayilov, Head of the Investment Projects and Infrastructure Financing Department, and Rashad Ismayilov, Head of the Extractive Industry and Energy Department of the Asset Management Department of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding, has been replaced by Ali Jafarov, Deputy Executive Director of the holding.
