Kremenchuk Steel Works JSC has corrected its net profit figures for 2024 and 2023 and doesn’t plan to distribute it.
According to the statement on the changes to the agenda of the shareholders meeting to be held remotely on April 30, in 2024 KSZ received a net profit of UAH 369 million.
The shareholders will be asked to keep it undistributed and not to pay dividends.
The net profit volume of 2023 was also changed – to UAH 131 million from UAH 124 million previously. (Ukrainian metal)
