On April 3, the Kremenchug Works of Metal Wares will hold a remote shareholders meeting.
The company was created in 1994 on the basis of the state enterprise “Kremenchug Works of Special Metal Structures and Communication Products” by way of its corporatization.
In 2008, the company was purchased by Kryukiv Railroad Car Building Works.
KZMI’s statutory capital amounts to 1.067 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
