Druzhkovka Metal Wares Plant PJSC intends to spend 19.936 million UAH to pay dividends for 2023.
The issue is contained in the agenda of the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for October 18 to be held remotely.
The dividends are suggested to be paid in the amount of 0.3 UAH per share.
In 2023, the company received a net profit of 24.049 million UAH and in 2022 – 33.382 million UAH.
At the meeting held on April 29, the shareholders decided to keep the 2023 profit undistributed and not to pay dividends. (Ukrainian metal)
