The war with Russia exhausts workforce in Ukraine. Companies try to overcome the acute shortage of personnel by employing women in traditionally man jobs, as well as hiring students, teenagers and older people.
Tatyana Petruk, sustainable development director at Metinvest, said that now the group had around 4000 job offers, and the personnel shortage affected manufacture.
“We are not the only own to experience personnel shortage. All the companies, including our contractors, are suffering,” she said. (Ukrainian metal)
