The State Property Fund intends to privatize Mykolaiv Alumina Plant that previously belonged to the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.
According to the decision of the Supreme Anticorruption Court, 100% of the company corporate rights belonging to Deripaska were transferred to the state. Moreover, more than 150 buildings and 200 transport means were also confiscated.
The State Property Fund is engaged in registration of the property. The fund assures that the company will be set up for privatization. (Ukrainian metal)
