In January-June, Metinvest produced 1.04 million tons of steel, up by 1% YoY.
At the same time, pig iron manufacture decreased by 4%, to 884 thousand tons.
Metinvest also produced 375 thousand tons of semi-finished steel products, down by 25%, and 1.19 million tons of rolled metal, up by 4%. In particular, flat rolled metal output decreased by 6%, to 545 thousand tons, while bars increased by 14%, to 644 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
