The number of employees at Metinvest has decreased by 4.8 thousand people due to staff outflow and mobilization. Now the group offers around 4 thousand jobs.
“2022 was the worst year in Metivest’s history. When the marine export resumed in 2023, we started increasing the capacity of our enterprises. Thus, last year we didn’t fire employees,” Metinvest stable development and personnel director Tatiana Petruk has said.
“Yet, we already have staff shortage. Now we offer around 4 thousand jobs. The reason of the shortage is staff migration, mobilization, as well as movement of people to safer regions and abroad. To overcome this shortage, we retrain our employees,” she added. (Ukrainian metal)
