At the end of the year, products worth 940.1 billion soums will be made under the localization program, Doniyor Shodiyev, head of “Uzmetkombinat” JSC, has declared.
Additionally, new projects will acquire A-500 rebars worth 763.8 billion soums. The republic’s import volume will be acceptable at $60.4 million.
Until the end of 2024, import-substituting products worth $74.4 million will be made due to import reduction measures. As of January, $2.8 million worth of import substitution products were manufactured, meeting the forecast plan by 100%. (Uzreport/Ukrainian metal)
