Shareholders of Yuzhkoks have made amendments to the management structure of the company.
The decisions were taken at the extraordinary meeting held remotely on January 9.
The shareholders liquidated the supervisory board of the company and ended the office of Vitaliy Litovka as the CEO.
Sergey Rump and Yevgeniy Shelekhov have been elected to the new board of directors, with Vitaliy Litovka appointed executive director for three years.
