The issue of the resumption of the operation of the Mykolaiv Alumina Plant is urgent.
“We have good news on NGZ, but it will be announced later. Now we have a task to resume its operation. People must work there and receive salary. At present an appeal from the owner is being reviewed. After that management will arrive, and in time the company will start working. Naturally, there must be nothing Russian there,” the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim has said.
At present some 300 employees work at the plant of 6 thousand that used to be employed before the Russian full-scale invasion. They mostly maintain slurry fields and provide security. (Ukrainian metal)
