Metinvest has reported emergency halts of its enterprises on November 21-27. Then Russian troops again shelled Ukrainian power plants and electricity supply system resulting in the power outage across the country.
“Metinvest together with all other industrial enterprises operating in Ukraine have suffered, as for the first time since the launch of the full-scale invasion, the manufacture at Ukrainian enterprises has been halted in emergency mode because of the lack of power,” the group said.
Now the power supply has been partially restored and industrial manufacturers use energy within limits available that can change each day.
All the Metinvest enterprises in Ukraine that have suffered as the result of that missile attack have resumed operation, except for Kametstal. There the probable damage to manufacturing assets after the suspension of operation, as well as terms to resume operation are being calculated. (Ukrainian metal)
