In January-July, Ukraine produced 11.33 million tons of rolled metal, up by 6.38% YoY, and exported 9.08 million tons, or 80%.
In 7 months of 2020, the share of export was 82.2% – 8.75 million tons out of 10.65 million tons.
Semi-finished products accounted for 46.09%, down from 49.31% last year. The share of flat rolled metal was 37.69% as opposed to 32.71%, while bars and sections – 16.22% from 17.97%.
The main export destinations were EU (33.7%), other European countries (21.5%) and South America (10.5%). (Ukrainian metal)
