Following repairs, Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works has commissioned its rolling shop No. 1.
The first ingots have already been rolled.
Earlier DMZ commissioned its blast furnace No. 2 after repairs. The next in line are the oxygen-converter and rolling shops.
In 2019, DMZ decreased rolled metal manufacture by 43% YoY, to 449 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
