In 2019, 5 gold deposits were discovered in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2019.
The deposit at the Tuora-Tas Brook holds the largest reserves – over 1.3 tons. The license to develop it belongs to Vostoc LLC.
Dokhsun LLC estimated the reserves of the deposit at the Kener-Sala Brook at 370 kg.
Three more alluvial gold deposits with the reserves of 40 to 80 kg are situated in the Oimyakonskiy, Neryungrinsky and Ust-Maisky districts.
Last year Yakutia extracted 36.5 tons of gold, 120.6 tons of silver, 19.2 million tons of coal and 38.5 million carats of diamonds. (Ukrainian metal)
