Yuliya Chermazovich has been appointed a Director of HR Department of ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih. In this position, she directly reports to CEO of the company. Responsible for the implementation of HR strategy, she takes care of keeping and motivation, training and development of employees, engagement of employees of key specialties in difficult market conditions, promoting youth and enhancing occupational prestige.
In 2004, she graduated from Kriviy Rih Technical University with a Master’s degree in Business Economics.
Yuliya Chermazovich has been working in the company since September 2003. She started her career as a trainee, and in 17 years of continuous professional self-development and improvement, she has risen from the position of Engineer for Labor Organization and Rate Setting, Head of Labor Organization Bureau, Engineer (Motto Group), Head of Department for Organization and Functional Planning to the position of the Head of Organizational Development of HR Department.
