The Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works board of directors has recommended the shareholders to approve of dividends for Q4 2019 on the level of 1.507 rubles per share.
The decision will be taken at the extraordinary meeting.
In Q3 2019 dividends totaled 1.65 rubles per share. (Ukrainian metal)
