Backstar Holdings Limited (Cyprus) has purchased 15.46% of Seligdar shares, having increased its share from 3.75% to 19.21%.
All in all the company has bought 186.6 million voting shares.
The price of the purchase was not disclosed.
Now the Cyprus company owns 190.4 million shares.
Backstar Holdings increased its share in Seligdar in November 2019 to 8.45%, but then sold 4.7% in January. (Ukrainian metal)
