Pipe Metal Company has finalized the sale of 100% of IPSCO Tubulars Inc. shares to Tenaris.
The price of the deal following the agreement concluded on March 22, 2019, was $1.209 billion.
Following the deal the parties have concluded a 6-year agreement, according to which from now on Tenaris will act as an exclusive distributor of OCTG and TMK pipes in US and Canada. (Ukrainian metal)
