An extraordinary meeting of Yuzhkoks shareholders will select a company to carry out an audit of the company operation in 2019.
The meeting is scheduled for December 29.
So far two companies have been suggested to the shareholders – Insider Audit Firm LLC and HLB Ukraine LLC.
As of Q3, Dashuria Ltd. (Cyprus) owned 94.9565% of the company. (Ukrainian metal)
