Wimax Ltd., created a year ago, has become owner of the Chasov Yar Refractory Works shares.
Shares belonging to the Lukyanovs family (24.573%, 22.901%, 6.654% and 6.509%) have dropped to zero.
At the same time the share of Wimaz Ltd. grew from zero to 67.866%. (Ukrainian metal)
