NLMK-Ural in Nizhniye Sergi has commissioned a new power complex to provide the works with electrical and heating energy.
With the help of the new complex electricity purchases will decrease 2-fold, the company will be completely provided with heating, and greenhouses gases emission will drop by 4 thousand tons per year.
The complex has become the most powerful gas-fueled reciprocal plant in the district. Its electricity capacity is 4.5 MW, and heating – 25.5 MW.
Three water-heating boilers with the capacity of 7 MW and the MWM gas-fueled reciprocal power machine (4.5 MW) are used as the main machinery.
Investments in the project reached 300 million rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
