An enterprise to process ore containing rare and non-ferrous metals is expected to be constructed.
A corresponding memorandum has been signed between the Ministry of industry and new techniques and Resource Company Tibet-Everest LLC (created by the Tajik-Chinese Mining Company).
When the enterprise is commissioned the ore processing at the company will grow 2.4-fold, from 2.5 million tons to 6 million tons per year.
The Tajik-Chinese Mining Company was created on the basis of the Altyntopkan Ore Group. In 2006 it was privatized by the Chinese Global Company on the export and import of new techniques.
In 2011 the company received a license to develop the Severniy Zarnisor mine containing lead and zinc. (Ukrainian metal)
