In January-April, Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works increased rolled metal production by 23.1% YoY, to 1.141 million tons.
Steel manufacture grew by 22.8%, to 1.304 million tons, and that of pig iron – by 2.3%, to 1.552 million tons.
In April the company produced 291 thousand tons of rolled metal, 338 thousand tons of steel and 428 thousand tons of pig iron. (Ukrainian metal)
