Sukhaya Balka and Duferco have concluded an agreement on the delivery of iron sinter ore valued at 2.5 billion UAH ($93 million).
The shareholders of the company on April 11 have to approve of the contract concluded on January 9.
The shareholders also have to prolong 4 contracts on ore delivery. The value of each contract is 2.5 billion UAH.
The agreements were concluded with US Steel Kosice, UGOK, Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works and Optimal Trade LLC.
In 2018 Sukhaya Balka extracted 2.7 million tons of ore, up by 8.4% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
