In January-February ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih increased rolled metal output by 2.5%, to 830 thousand tons.
Pig iron manufacture grew by 10.5%, to 917 thousand tons, steel – by 6.9%, to 941 thousand tons and sinter – by 3.1%, to 1.65 million tons.
Iron ore manufacture went up by 4.2%, to 149 thousand tons, and coke – by 14.1%, to 468 thousand tons.
At the same time the iron ore concentrate output dropped by 6.9%, to 1.59 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
