The state enterprise Vostochniy Mining and Processing Works has ordered Temp LLC the transportation of uranium ore valued at 42.14 million UAH.
Until the end of the year the company has to transport 243 thousand tons of uranium ore from the Novokonstantinovskaya mine to the Ingulskaya and Smolinskaya mines and 45 thousand tons of inert materials back.
The distance to the Ingulskaya mine is 55 km and to the Smolinskaya mine – 50 km.
The cost of transportation of 1 ton of ore to the Ingulskaya mine is 158 UAH and to the Smolinskaya – 144 UAH, or 2.87 UAH per ton-km.
The transportation of 1 ton of inert materials from the Ingulskaya mine costs 86 UAH, and from the Smolinskaya mine – 81 UAH, or 1.56 UAH per ton-km.
The price of the agreement is 2% below the expected cost of purchase (42.83 million UAH). (Ukrainian metal)
