The State Service of Subsoil Use has prolonged the special allowances for ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih to use subsoil.
At two of its main quarries AMKR will be able to operate for 20 years.
In particular, the license to develop the magnetite quartzite quarry No. 3 at the Valyavkinskoye deposit is valid until January 9, 2038. To prolong the license AMKR has paid 68.8 million UAH.
The development of the magnetite quartzite quarry No. 2-bis at the Novokrivorozhskoye deposit is allowed until March 26, 2038. The company paid 88.7 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
