The Moscow Stock Exchange has started trading in futures contracts for non-ferrous metals (aluminum, nickel, zinc and copper).

The size of the aluminum and zinc lots is 1 tons, and of nickel and copper – 0.1 tons.

Three series of futures have been allowed for trading – with maturity in December 2018, as well as January and February 2019.

“The launch of the new contract was due to the agreement with the London Metal Exchange. Our clients get access to the tools of the global derivatives market, which will broaden their trade strategies, while keeping the risks low”, the exchange said in a statement. (Ukrainian metal)
