The processing factory of the Orken-Atasu will enter the new 2019 year with a completely modernized complex.

Investments of ArcelorMittal Temirtau in the project will reach over 3 billion tenge.

The factory employees have completed the manufacturing plan of iron ore mining and processing in advance. Thus, the factory was ready for the large-scale reconstruction back in September.

The new machinery manufactured in Kazakhstan, Germany, Poland, India and Russia will replace almost 100% of the outdated equipment.

The construction is scheduled to be completed on December 31. 25 units of new machinery will be commissioned in January 2019 and the renewed system of ore processing will be put into operation in February. (Ukrainian metal)
