DTEK Holdings Limited announced its decision to squeeze-out shares of DTEK Pavlogradugol as having the dominating share of stake.
DTEK companies own 99.92324858% of DTEK Pavlogradugol, or 5.58 billion shares.
Minority shareholders have 4.28 million shares.
DTEK Pavlogradugol is the largest coal-processing enterprise in Ukraine.
Last year it set a record of coal output at 20.1 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
