Ural Boeing Manufacturing, a joint venture of VSMPO-Avisma and Boeing, has commissioned a plant to produce titanium parts for American planes on the territory of the special economical zone Titanium Valley in Sverdlovsk region.
The new plant carries out machining of titanium stampings for Boeing planes, including new models (737 MAX, 777 and 787).
The amount of investments in the project has not been disclosed.
Earlier it was estimated at 5.6 billion rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
