In June Russia imported 71.3 thousand tons of flat galvanized metal, down by 2% YoY.
In 6 months imports dropped by 10.2%, to 340.4 thousand tons.
Deliveries from Kazakhstan decreased by 6%, to 173.6 thousand tons, at an average price on the Russian border of $767.5 per ton without VAT.
Galvanized imports from China dropped by 16.6%, to 52.3 thousand tons at $811.8 per ton, while deliveries from South Korea increased by 14.7%, to 48.2 thousand tons at $924.6 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
