Vector Energy s.r.o (the Czech Republic) intends to purchase 1.58 million shares of the Ivano-Frankovsk Rebars Works, or 49.99% of the company.
At present the company has no shares of the works.
IFAZ was registered in 1995.
Last year it increased its net income by 77% YoY, to 52 million UAH, having decreased the net loss by 44%, to 38.5 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
