In January-July Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works increased rolled metal output by 6.3% YoY, to 1.668 million tons.
According to the company statement, steel manufacture grew by 7.8%, to 1.897 million tons, and pig iron – by 18.7%, to 2.687 million tons.
In July the works produced 237 thousand tons of rolled metal, 284 thousand tons of steel and 395 thousand tons of pig iron. (Ukrainian metal)
