Vostochniy Mining and Processing Works and Sumykhimprom cannot satisfy the real demand of the mining and metallurgical companies in sulfuric acid.
According to the letter of Ksenia Lyapina, chairwoman of the State Regulatory Service, to the prime minister Vladimir Groysman and the first vice minister Stepan Kubiv, the shortage of the sulfuric acid on the local market amounts to 98 thousand tons.
And the only reason why the metal companies have to import the acid is that VostGOK and Sumykhimprom cannot meet the demand. (Ukrainian metal)
