In January-June the Industrial Metallurgical Holding mined 1379 thousand tons of coking coal, up by 20% YoY.
Pig iron output at Tulachermet grew by 3%, to 1201 thousand tons, mostly because of the blast furnace No. 3 modernization in 2017.
Coal concentrate mining reached 1202 thousand tons, down by 4%.
Iron ore output dropped by 4%, to 2476 thousand tons, while that of iron ore concentrate – by 3%, to 1101 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
