The projects to stimulate aluminum processing in regions are an important condition to develop economy of the Russian Federation.
According to the governor of the Republic of Chuvashiya Mikhail Ignatiev, the region is open for investors and innovation projects.
“We have to support and develop aluminum-based products manufacture, as they can be exported and support the economy”, he said.
Today average aluminum consumption per capita in such developed countries as Germany and South Korea is 4-fold more than in Russia.
Experts believe that the stimulation of the aluminum industry could provide for the growth of GDP of more than 1%. (Ukrainian metal)
