The Commercial Court of Donetsk region is reviewing the claim of Prominvestbank to Yasinovsky By-Product Coke Plant on the recovery of $41.6 million and 353.4 million UAH of the debt on the loan according to a contract concluded in 2011.
The bank bases its claims on a non-fulfillment of its debt obligations by the Savi LLC, the borrower, with Yasinovsky Plant being the guarantor.
Yasinovsky Plant is a part of Donetskstal Group. (Ukrainian metal)
