In 2017 the state enterprise Vostochniy Mining and Processing Works produced 836.1 tons of uranium concentrate and mined 647.3 thousand tons of uranium ore, all down by 16.8% and by 19.9% YoY respectively.
In 2011 VostGOK produced 890 tons of concentrate, in 2012 – 960.2 tons, in 2013 – 922.3 tons, in 2014 – 925.7 tons, in 2015 – 980 tons and in 2016 – 1005.1 tons.
Last year the Ministry of energy and coal industry expected the company to increase uranium output by 21.5% YoY, to 1.22 thousand tons.
The forecast for 2018 is 1.5 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
