In January-March VIZ-Stal increased metal output by 10% YoY, to 43 thousand tons.
The company capacities were 99% loaded.
Transformer steel sales grew by 13%, to 41 thousand tons. The positive dynamics has to do with the growth of the world demand for transformer steel.
Exports accounted for 80% of sales. The key destinations were India, the Near East countries and North America. (Ukrainian metal)
