According to the market sources, manufactures of metal wares intend to increase prices in April.
One of the major suppliers in addition to a 5% price increase in March has already announced the further growth: in April fasteners will become 10% more expensive, resulting in the price increase for bolts by 5-7%.
Experts believe that the price of nuts will grow by 5-8%, while of bent washers – by 5%.
The expected growth of wire price could amount to 3 thousand rubles per ton (with VAT), and for nails – some 2 thousand rubles per ton (with VAT). (Ukrainian metal)
