The DCH Group of Alexander Yaroslavsky, owner of the Kharkiv Tractor Works, Sukhaya Balka and Dneporvsky Iron and Steel Works, intends to get a synergy effect of the cooperation of its three assets.
“We will try to reach synergy, as DMZ produces metal, and KhTZ consumes a lot of metal. DMZ also consumes Sukhaya Balka products”, said Yaroslavsky.
The businessman voiced his intent to develop DMZ.
“This purchase (of DMZ) expands the DCH investments volumes in Ukrainian economy. We have recently brought the Kharkiv Tractor Works back to life. And a new day dawns for DMZ as well”, he added. (Ukrainian metal)
