Rosatom has decided to unite on the basis of its trading house the Tekhsnabexport company (Tenex, which exports processed uranium to NPPs) and its foreign trading in natural uranium, previously conducted by Uranium One.
The decision was taken in late 2017. At the same time last summer U1 intended to actively develop its own trading, having created Uranium One Trading AG in Switzerland.
At present U1 mostly has assets in Kazakhstan with the low prime cost of uranium mining. (Ukrainian metal)
