TMK intends to issue bonds valued at 60 billion rubles.
According to the company statement, the decision was taken at the board of directors meeting on December 25.
The bonds will be issued for 15 years.
At present TMK has two issues of eurobonds with the maturity in January 2018 and April 2020 with the interest of 7.75% and 6.75% respectively.
As of late September, the company debt has increased to $3.161 billion. The net debt grew from $144 million to $2.711 billion. (Ukrainian metal)
