The chairman of the Vnesheconombank Sergey Gorkov said that the strategy on the Industrial Union of Donbass corporation was developed last year.
“Some time is needed to carry it out. The Fund of investment assets appeared as a part of this strategy implementation. Has this strategy not been implemented, that would have been a really negative factor for the bank in 2016”, he said.
At the same time he refused to comment whether the strategy was connected to the normalization of relations between Russia and Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
