In October world pig iron manufacture increased by 1.7% YoY, to 99.649 million tons.
According to World Steel Association, China was leading with 60.015 million tons, up by 2.1% YoY.
Ukraine occupies the 9th position with 1.655 million tons, followed by Taiwan with 1.25 million tons.
In November Ukraine produced 1.83 million tons of pig iron, up by 2% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
