The new owner of Dneprometiz has not applied to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the right to buy the controlling packet of shares.
“In case such an appeal is received, we will review it and make a corresponding decision according to the current legislation”, the committee said. (Ukrainian metal)
