According to the Ministry of economy, in 8 months Kazakhstan mined 26 million tons of iron ore, up by 11.4% YoY.
In January-July iron ore raw materials output increased by 32.7% YoY, and concentrate by 2.1%.
In money terms iron ore raw materials output in 7 months increased by 57% YoY, to 144.1 billion tenge.
Iron ore exports in H1 reached 4.42 million tons valued at $260.4 million, up by 6.8% and by 38.4% YoY respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
